Refund policy

Right of Return

Customers may return a product within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with European Union legislation.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns will also not be accepted for products that show signs of use, have been damaged due to improper handling, or are not in their original condition.

 

Return Conditions

Returned products must be in perfect condition, show no signs of use, and be returned in their original packaging.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

 

Return Process

Before returning any item, customers must contact us by email to receive return instructions.
Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

 

14-Day European Union Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the items are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need to provide justification.

As stated above, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received—unused, unworn, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
